Privacy Notice (KVKK)

As Dipol Makina Sanayi Ltd. Sti. ("Company"), in our capacity as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

The name, company, phone number, e-mail address and message content you share through the contact form on our website are processed solely for the purposes of answering your request, preparing a quotation and communicating with you.

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed. It is retained for as long as your request requires and is not shared with third parties.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request its deletion or destruction.
